1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using an Aurax Technologies website or application that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use a service on behalf of a company, school or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that organisation.
2. Application licence
Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, Aurax Technologies grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the application for its intended purpose. The application is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, rent, lease, resell or exploit the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Accounts and account security
Where an application requires an account, you must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit unless a separate agreement states otherwise. You grant Aurax Technologies the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit or otherwise handle that content solely to provide and operate the relevant service.
You must not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, malicious, misleading or infringes another person's rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use a service to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
- Introduce malware, harmful code or abusive automated traffic.
- Interfere with the availability, security or integrity of the service.
- Misrepresent identity, impersonate another person or submit fraudulent information.
- Use the service in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
6. Purchases, payments and subscriptions
If an application offers paid services, purchases or subscriptions, the price, billing period and applicable cancellation information will be presented before purchase. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may also be governed by the billing, refund and subscription rules of that store. Where a third-party payment provider processes a transaction, its terms and privacy practices may also apply.
7. Third-party services
An application may integrate services such as maps, authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, push notifications, payment processing or external links. Those third-party services may have their own terms. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using features that depend on those services.
8. Intellectual property
The service, software, interface, branding, code and original content supplied by Aurax Technologies are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Updates, changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features to improve security, performance, compliance or functionality. Some updates may be required for continued use. We aim to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Privacy
Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes data handling, permissions, retention and privacy choices.
11. Apple App Store and Google Play terms
Apple-distributed applications
For applications downloaded from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Aurax Technologies, not Apple, and Aurax Technologies is responsible for the application and its content. Your licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by applicable App Store usage rules. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple is not responsible for product claims relating to the application. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the application. Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce the relevant terms against you.
Google Play-distributed applications
For applications obtained through Google Play, your use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms, billing rules and platform policies. Aurax Technologies, rather than Google, is responsible for the application and its support unless Google expressly states otherwise.
This webpage is a general Terms & Conditions page. If Aurax Technologies later submits a custom EULA directly in App Store Connect instead of using Apple's standard EULA, the custom EULA should also include all current Apple minimum terms and the developer's required legal contact details.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Aurax Technologies does not guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurax Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious misuse or violation of these Terms. Users may stop using a service at any time and may request account deletion where applicable.
14. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections that apply to the relevant service and user. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot be waived.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when products, platform requirements or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
