1. Scope
This policy applies to Aurax Technologies websites and to mobile or web applications that display or link to this policy. An individual application may use only a subset of the data categories described below, depending on the features available in that application.
We do not require an application to access a device permission unless that permission supports a feature the user chooses to use. Where a platform requires consent or a prominent disclosure, the app should request it before accessing the relevant data.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the application and features you use, Aurax Technologies may process the following categories of information:

3. Device permissions
An Aurax application may ask for access to features such as the camera, photo library/files, notifications, microphone or location when those capabilities are required by an app feature. Permission requests should explain the purpose at the time they are shown. You can change device permissions later in iOS or Android settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
4. How we use information
- Provide, personalise and maintain the application or website.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Process user requests, submissions, bookings, workflows or other app features.
- Send transactional, security or service-related communications.
- Diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, security and fraud-prevention obligations.
We do not use personal information for a materially different purpose without an appropriate legal basis, notice or consent where required.
6. Analytics, advertising and tracking
Some applications may use privacy-conscious analytics or diagnostic tools to understand crashes and product performance. If an app uses advertising or cross-app/site tracking that requires consent under platform rules, the app must present the required disclosure and obtain permission before such tracking occurs. If an app does not use advertising or tracking, no advertising profile is created by Aurax Technologies for that app.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, which may include access controls, secure transport, restricted administrative access, backups and monitoring. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data retention, account deletion and data deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations or support legitimate business records. Retention periods can differ by application and data type.
If an application provides user accounts, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Data may be retained only where a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reason requires retention, and only for the necessary period.
9. Children, students and school-related applications
Some applications may be used in educational environments or by parents, schools, staff and students. Where an application is intended to involve children or students, information should be processed only as necessary for the service and subject to applicable law, school/organisation instructions and required parent or guardian controls. We do not knowingly use children's personal information for behavioural advertising.
10. iOS and Android platform disclosures
Apple iOS / iPadOS
For iOS applications, the app's App Store privacy information should accurately reflect the data collected by the app and integrated third-party SDKs. A privacy policy link should also be accessible from the app where required. If an app requests tracking permission, the request should follow Apple's platform consent requirements.
Google Play / Android
For Android applications, the Google Play Data safety declarations should accurately match the application's actual collection, use and sharing practices and this Privacy Policy. If an app permits account creation, it should provide an in-app account deletion path and an external account-deletion resource.
11. Your privacy choices
Depending on the application and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or object to certain processing. You may also control notifications and device permissions through your device settings.
